What we do?

We consult with business owners all over eastern Washington and beyond to provide problem solving and get them over that oncoming hurtle. Weather it's moving offices, losing a key employee, or even evaluating what they are doing to make a change. We use on site and remote efforts to solve the short term problem in front of you.

Employees are given a lot of tasks throught their day, studies show the average employee is busy 95% of the time. Weather it's your first day with a new employee or your last day with an employee that didn't work out the most important thing you can do as a business owner is be aware of what your team does organizationally and operationally to make sure when danger is near you're ready.
